Warranty Period

For new parts, our new accessories come with a warranty period of 1 year from the date of receipt while used parts
are covered for a warranty period of 30 days.  

Conditions for Exchange or Refund

We offer exchanges or refunds for parts damaged due to non-human factors within the specified warranty period. Parts damaged beyond the warranty period are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Process

Please inspect the condition of your accessories promptly upon receipt. In the event of non-human factor damage within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team promptly with relevant information for assistance in processing an exchange or refund.

Please retain your purchase receipt or order information for efficient processing of your request. Parts beyond the warranty period are no longer eligible for exchange or refund.
